Pumpkin Spice Tisane

Delicious mix of fruit, herbs, and spices to enjoy this fall!

Ingredients: dehydrated pumpkin, cinnamon, black tea, dehydrated apple, chamomile, ginger, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg CONTAINS CAFFEINE 

Suggested use: Steep 1-3 tsp in 8-12 oz hot water for 10 minutes. Strain well to squeeze remaining fruit pulp into cup, if desired. Add sweetener and/or favorite milk if desired. Enjoy!

Approximately 15 servings per bag
