This tea is a carefully crafted herbal blend of Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle Seeds, Marshmallow Root, Peppermint, Ginger, and Burdock Root. It offers a unique combination of earthy, refreshing, and warming flavors. Ingredients: Dandelion Root, Milk Thistle Seeds, Marshmallow Root, Peppermint, Ginger, and Burdock Root

Suggested use: Steep 1-2 tsp in hot water, covered, for 15 minutes. Strain, sweeten with honey if desired.
