Ingredients: Green tea, hibiscus, orange peel, lemon balm CONTAINS CAFFEINE

Sample size: 5-6 servings
Suggested use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in 8-10 oz hot water, covered, for 5-10 minutes.
OR Place 1-3 tsp of tea per 8-10 oz of cold water and steep in fridge, overnight or up to 24 hours.

People taking chloroquine for the treatment or prevention of malaria should avoid Hibiscus products. Be cautious with this combination. Taking Hibiscus sabdariffa while taking chloroquine might alter levels of the drug in the body.
