This tea blend is perfect for a hot day! The cooling, refreshing flavors of Green Tea, Hibiscus Flowers, Lemon Balm, and Orange Peel is a delicious, tangy, fruity combination. The herbs in this tea have various traditional uses.
Ingredients: Green tea, hibiscus, orange peel, lemon balm CONTAINS CAFFEINE
People taking chloroquine for the treatment or prevention of malaria should avoid Hibiscus products. Be cautious with this combination. Taking Hibiscus sabdariffa while taking chloroquine might alter levels of the drug in the body.
Lemon balm may interact with certain medications, including sedatives or thyroid medications. Please check with your Dr or naturopath for any contraindications associated with this herb or any other herbs.

1.5 oz bag, 15-20 servings
Suggested use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in 8-10 oz hot water, covered, for 5-10 minutes.
OR Place 1-3 tsp of tea per 8-10 oz of cold water and steep in fridge, overnight or up to 24 hours.
Add honey to sweeten, if desired. Drink up to 3 cups per day.
