Ingredients: Hibiscus, peppermint, elderflower, rose petals, lavender

Suggested use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in 8-10 oz hot water, covered, for 5-10 minutes.
OR Place 1-3 tsp of tea per 8-10 oz of cold water and steep in fridge, overnight or up to 24 hours.
Add honey to sweeten, if desired. Drink up to 2 cups per day.
